BBQ Chicken Nachos

 
  • 1/2 bag Salted Tortilla Chips
  • 1 package Pulled Chicken Breast w/BBQ Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp All Natural BBQ Sauce
  • 1 package Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 bag Frozen Roasted Corn
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Ranch Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread an even layer of tortilla chips in a large oven-safe dish. In the following order: add chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, roasted corn and onion. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serves: 5 - 7
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
