Pork Stir Fry

 

 
  • Stir Fry:
  • 2 Tbsp  Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 pound Pork Loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Sweet Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Sliced White Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Bok Choy, shredded
  • 2 pouches Frozen Organic Jasmine Rice, heated
  • Sauce:
  • 1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Hot & Sweet Mustard

Saute pork and onions in grapeseed oil over medium heat for approximately 7 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk together remaining grapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and mustard. Add sauce and bok choy to skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve over rice.

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
